What steps should I take if I am having trouble with my Presence?

We are so sorry that you're experiencing problems with your Presence. Here are three options that will almost always resolve the issue:

New Device Connectivity

  1. Open the Presence app on your phone.
  2. If the app doesn't prompt you to set up a new device, go to the Home tab and tap on "Settings". Select "Manage Displays" and then "Add another Inspiration Display".
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your Presence Display to your WiFi network by entering your network name and password.

Device Factory Reset

  1. Locate the two buttons on the back of the display.
  2. Press and hold the lower button until you see the Presence logo or "Updating" on the screen.

App Reset

  1. Open the Presence app and go to the Home tab.
  2. Tap on "Settings" in the top right corner and select "Manage Displays".
  3. Choose your display and scroll to the bottom of the page. Tap on "Unlink Display".
  4. Tap on "Settings" again and select "Manage Account". Tap on "Log Out".
  5. Delete the Presence app from your iPhone
  6. Restart your phone, then re-download and install the Presence app from the App Store. Log in to your account again.
